This page explains what personal data Vested collects through this website, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. The short version: I only collect what you give me to join the waitlist, I use it only to contact you about Vested, and you can leave at any time.
Who is responsible
Vested is run by Sandra in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. For anything about your data, email sandra@vestedexec.com.
What I collect
- Waitlist sign-up: your name and email address, and the date you signed up and gave consent.
- Emails you send me: whatever you choose to include, for example when asking about the talk.
The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Why, and on what basis
I use your name and email to tell you when a cohort opens and to send occasional updates about Vested. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you sign up and can withdraw at any time.
Who processes it
- MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania) stores the waitlist and sends the emails on my behalf, under a data processing agreement.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site; your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address.
- My web host serves this website and may keep standard server logs for security.
I don’t sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long I keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how it’s used — email me and I’ll act on it. If you’re unhappy with how I handle it, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
